A contract for services is required for all gown orders. Once you place your order you will receive a contract for services via email. If you are under 18, your contract must be completed and signed by your parent/guardian.

All gowns are made to order unless otherwise stated. The processing time is the amount of time it will take to complete your order.

The processing time will vary by design and is based on the current number of orders ahead of you. The processing time can change day to day based on our current workload.

On average the processing times for gowns are as follows.

November-January 4 weeks February-April 6 weeks

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid the possibility of us not being able to make your gown by the date of your event.

Before you place your order you will see the current estimated completion date.

We offer payment plans through afterpay and shop pay installments.

All of our designs can be customized. We offer custom colors, custom sizing and small changes to the design for an additional fee.

Each design has a link for you to request customizations.

Please use your measurements and compare them to our size chart to decide which size will fit you best.

If you are between sizes then we recommend ordering based on your largest measurement and having the gown altered to fit you if needed.

Custom sizing is available for an additional fee.

SIZING GUIDE

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order is shipped delivery will take 3-5 business days.

We have a no refund/return policy on our formal gowns.

Once your order is placed and your contract is signed you may cancel the order within 7 business days with no fee. After 7 business days we begin the gown making process. You may still cancel your order within 14 business days however there will be a cancellation fee of 30% of your purchase. After 14 business days we will not accept any cancellations.

We do not offer consultations or charge a booking fee. To place an order for a custom design you must know exactly what you want.

We do not discuss design ideas or create free style designs for customers.

The processing time for custom gowns will vary based on the current workload and the design you request. On average the processing time is 6-8 weeks. Once you submit a request, the designer will let you know the exact processing time for your design.
