General processing times are as follows .
Bridal collection - 3 to 5 months depending on the design and the number of orders ahead of you
Formal gown collection- 6 to 12 weeks depending on the gown and the number of orders ahead of you .
Evening gowns - 4 weeks depending on the number of
During prom season , February- June, processing times always increase. We usually get fully booked for prom by late February. If you’re event is during these months , We always encourage you to order early to avoid the disappointment of you not being able to get your gown due to us being fully booked.
We understand that things happen and that you may need to cancel your order.
For the following collections You have 7 days after payment to cancel your order with no fee.
• BRIDAL COLLECTION
• FORMAL GOWN COLLECTION
• EVENING GOWN COLLECTION
After 7 days we begin the gown making process. You may still cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order. HOWEVER there will be a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is subtracted from the amount you paid and we issue you a refund for the difference.
Bridal collection - $300 cancel fee
Formal gown collection- $150 cancel fee
Evening wear collection- $75 cancel fee
After 14 days we do not accept any cancellations.

Yes please dm pictures of you wearing your gown to our insta and we will post it for you to possibly resell.

Our store location is closed for walk ins. We are only open for customers who have a scheduled appointment .

At your appointment guest will be limited to 1 parent/guardian only.
No friends, siblings, boyfriends etc.

Refund and Cancellation policies are still the same.
We understand that proms and other events have been cancelled or delayed , and we are deeply saddened for our customers. But Please understand that this pandemic is just as much out of our company’s control as it is yours.
If you’ve passed the cut off for cancellation, we are unable to cancel your order or issue a refund. Your order is already being processed .
Meaning fabric and supplies have already been purchased, fabric has been cut and prepared and your gown may have even already been started to be sewn and just about completed. This is why we are unable to issue any refunds.
We are willing to try to help you resell the gown. Please contact us if you’d like us to help you .
